The Monitoring Dashboard is designed to help users effectively track and manage individuals under monitoring. It provides a clear, real-time view of each individual's monitoring status, including the latest activity detected on their records.
Below is a detailed explanation of how to navigate through the dashboard.
Individual name: Displays the name of the individual being monitored. This list includes all individuals whose monitoring records have been added to the Verify system.
Status: Displays the current monitoring status of the individual, which can be one of three states:
Pending: The individual has been added, but no monitoring record has been created yet.
Active: Monitoring is currently ongoing for this individual.
Requires Review: A new activity found for this individual requires your attention for review. Once reviewed, the status can be updated.
ID: A unique identification number assigned to each individual, making it easier to identify an individual.
Date started: This shows the date when monitoring of the individual started or when they were first added to the list.
Last activity: Displays the latest date of any new record or activity found for the individual. If any new information is recorded, this date will automatically update to reflect the latest data.
View: Clicking the "View" button next to each individual allows you to see more detailed information and monitoring records associated with the individual.
Search: You can use the search bar at the top to search for a specific individual by name or ID.
Filter By: The filter button allows you to organise the records by either the Date started or the Last activity, helping you prioritise or focus on specific individuals based on their monitoring history.
