Billing and Account Management

How is Verify by Tiller priced?

Verify by Tiller employs a transparent pricing model based on the volume of checks and the specific services used. Pricing can vary depending on the types of verification checks required, the volume of verifications, and any custom features or integrations needed.

How are payments processed, and which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, you will receive an invoice each month based on the usage. Some agreements may pay a fixed monthly or annual rate depending on the agreement with the user.

Payments are currently made by bank transfers but we are currently implementing a payment gateway.

Who can I contact for billing issues?

For any billing issues, our dedicated support team is here to help. You can reach out via email on support@tillertech.com or phone on 020 3196 0365 for assistance.

Will I be charged if I have deleted the individual?

It depends. If you have instructed Verify by Tiller to send the invite out to your customer and he/she has already completed their checks, then unfortunately you will be charged. If the check have not been completed, then you can delete the customer and there will be no charge.

Is there any charge for adding more users, and is there a maximum number allowed?

Adding users to the system is free of charge, and there is no maximum limit on the number of users.
